What we store
Your name and email (to sign you in and deliver the song), the text you write about the recipient, the recipient's name, the generated lyrics and audio, order and payment status (we never see card details, Montonio processes them) and technical logs (IP address, browser) for security.
Why
To create and deliver the song you ordered; to sign you in without a password; to answer your questions; to send reminders and offers if you have opted in (you can opt out in any email).
Artificial intelligence
Lyrics are written by Anthropic (Claude) and music is generated by Google (Lyria). We send them only what the song needs: your description, the recipient's name and the chosen style. We never send them your email.
Where
Data stays in the European Union: the server is in Germany (Hetzner), audio files are in Cloudflare R2 with EU jurisdiction. Emails go through Brevo (EU).
How long
Songs, lyrics and photos are deleted 12 months after creation. Unpaid previews after 7 days. Account and order data is kept while the account is active, and accounting records as long as the law requires.
Cookies
Only essential cookies: session, sign-in and language choice. No advertising trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw marketing consent. Write to hello@trili.lv. You may also complain to the Latvian Data State Inspectorate.
